A rodeo in Cody

I know I’m way behind with blogging, but the past few days have been so busy, I couldn’t catch up. I try. We left Custer on Wednesday at 7 a.m. and went on a long drive across South Dakota and Wyoming, through the Bighorn National Forest, where we had picnic at a beautiful spot in the woods.

After lunch we stopped by at Shell Falls.

And on we went on our journey to Cody through this landscape.

Till we finally arrived there after eight hours of driving. We had some free time, which I used to explore the town a little.

In the evening some of us went to a rodeo. I've never been to one before, so it was all new to me, still not sure if i like it though. It is opened with a prayer and the American National Anthem.
