It was time for us to hit the road
and head towards San Francisco. We stopped in Cambria for one night, a lovely
village. We saw beautiful beaches on our way up the West coast.
Blurry iPhone selfie.
But first we visited Hearst Castle. The guided tour was fun and the castle beautiful, built in 1919 near San Simeon, on the hills overlooking the Ocean. William Randolph Hearst was an American newspaper publisher and owned the nation’s largest newspaper chain, and was the owner of the Hearst Castle.

Arriving at Cambria, where we stayed a little outside in a nice Airbnb. The only thing there was, the bad was too short and too small, haha.
The next day it was already 4th of July, see that cake.
