The day after the 4th of July we went to IHOP, to eat probably the world’s best pancakes. We loved it!
Afterwards
we walked to Fisherman’s Wharf and decided to hop on a cable car and take a
ride through the city. We definitely had some fun. Next we actually wanted to
bike the Golden Gate Bridge, but it was already too late, so just took a walk
through Golden Gate Park and decided to go biking the other day.
Since it was already my third time
in San Francisco I showed Salome around a little bit.
First stop, Union Square.
Of course we couldn’t miss to see the
Painted Ladies. If you know the series “Full House” or the movie “Mrs.
Doubtfire” you might recognize the famous buildings.
Our third stop was Lombard Street,
but unfortunately I don’t have any pics, since I was the driver… Anyway, then
we drove up the Marin Headlands, to enjoy the sight of Golden Gate Bridge. We
didn’t get far, since it was foggy and terribly windy and freezing, we just stopped
at two points and tried to snap some pictures.

Our last stop was Sausalito, a very
charming village right behind the Marin Headlands. We walked around a little
and enjoyed a delicious dinner.
